Anti-Bribery and Corruption
Our 45 minute Anti-Bribery and corruption course enables the user to clearly understand what is defined as bribery and how to respond to it ensuring best-practice.
What is the Bribery Act?
The UK Bribery Act 2010, which came into force in July 2011, significantly changes the way companies operating in the UK must deal with bribery, with new obligations on companies and individuals to reduce the risk of bribery in the workplace.
Without an effective anti-bribery culture in place in your organisation a breach in the law means serious implications for individuals and companies - substantial fines, the possibility of imprisonment and certain reputational damage.
